1. I was talking about the evening, not the whole day.

Whenever I look at the EU server list in the evening, around one forth to one third of them is listed as full, several others as highly populated. My server is mostly listed as full and I see people everywhere, even in low level areas. In Lion's Arch there is almost always an overflow server.

What I noticed, however, is that the distance at which other players are shown was greatly reduced in one of the latest patches. If you are at the vendors in the heart of the mists you cannot see the people standing beside the PvP browser guy anymore.

It's blocked in Germany. It says there is "content from WMG and UMG" in it.

I also think that One with Air is not worth it. I would get Bolt to the Heart, which works below 33% instead of 25% now (the build editor is outdated). I also think Cleansing Water would be better than Evasive Arcana when you have three cantrips. Bountiful Power is also quite effective with all the boons.

Personally, I gave up a cantrip build in favor of Arcane Blast + Arcane Wave + Ether renewal for (which is really good since the latest buff). IMHO, the two arcane skills make a huge difference in your damage. As sigils, I use bloodlust and battle.
