Atm I'm running full berserker gear with runes of rage http://www.gw2db.com...or-rune-of-rage and I'm very content with it. Building glass cannon'y on warr will give you great satisfaction (seeing those huge crits always make my day), but you should grab a rifle as secondary - in case you fail to dodge something you'll probably be forced to run around and shoot for a little while.
As for build, using similar one to Viv's who did some nice research on warriors: http://www.guildwars...build-included/ (First movie. In the second he traded Forceful Greatsword trait for Stick and move minor, which gives you 4,4%dmg, but lowers the smaller cd on skills fun factor)
Although instead of the banner I sometimes grab shake it off for increased survivability.
Also consider the crack shot trait - most people skip it, but for glass canon setups, when you're quite often on range, it lets you keep dealing aoe dmg and makes using the rifle alot more pleasurable)
