Just some quick tips (since I'm at work) Knight's gear would help you a lot without giving up on your survivability. Healing isnt an overly useful stat (I think its a waste, but I wont tell you you can'y use it), also knights jewelery with exquiste ruby orbs or Berserker jewelery would help you actually kill someone.
Soldier runes are nice for some extra survivablility and that remove a condition with a shout is always helpful especially if you like to play support. These are just some changes you could make that would be helpful imo for wvwvw and dungeons.
