Artificing is not too bad, but essentially to repeat what ever here said is that the Radiant, Incandescent, Glittering, and Shimmerung Dust will be expensive. It is on the other the easiest to level because essentially its a rinse repeat process.
Discover Shimmering
Craft 24x
Discover Centaur Potion
Craft 24x
Discover Dredge Pot
Craft 24x

Now rinse and repeat with higher tier dust and ore. My lvl 16 Charr Guardian has 400 artificer.
