Chill out. it's still the game's first year. i still don't understand why a lot of people want thing that took almost 5 years to get into GW1 to be in GW2 right NOW.

I was really happy that halloween and wintersday were in so close after release, as i believe they should be focussing on correcting stuff instead of making festivals and mega-events (altough i like them ), but that's my opinion.

They should have polished all of this a long time ago, before launching fractals and southsun cove. nice update.

For me joining with people on other server seemed like lesser solution to not being able to guest. overflows and people in different servers weren't needed with the first guesting system you just guest to their server and entered the dungeon with them.

Over guesting would only be a problem for WvW but since you can't guest WvW why is there a limit?

I agree with the OP. There is too much negativity in this and the official forum. Someone said it's "criticism".So I also wanted to understand is why suddenly everyone is a critic.

Almost every post is someone thinking they could do better. Or someone who wants the game to be what he expects the game to be. I remember a time when almost no company heard the players (mainly because there wasn't that line of communication) and you either liked the game they made or you didn't. And you wouldn't go around making everybody else have to listen to what you think the game should be. what you think is right might completely wrong for someone else.

As for gems, i don't think there is no pay 2 win model, because you don't win anything from spending your money on gems. Unless you buy gems for gold and that is just stupid, and that's you paying to win. Imagine if everyone wants to pay to win every price skyrockets. But it's not Anet's fault if the players fault. Much like the gem prices. Anet doesn't make those they have some algorithm that balances them in a supply/demand way.

It isn't that hard to level up your character. The game is huge and why you don't want to explore it (mostly done by lvlving) and jump to the final areas (which aren't the most beutiful) with your first character is beyond me. Still in  your second and third character you can try some different storyline options. with atls you can lvl till it starts getting boring, around lvl 30 when you have all skills, and then level some crafts to finish him off, it gets cheaper this way.

What im trying to say is, you bought the game, it wasn't cheap, so make to most out of it instead of rushing. if you rush it you might get disapointed.
