[Answered] friend is scared, thinks she will get banned.. what should she do?

I have a friend in my guild who posted one of those fake legendary code thingys.
She asked 50 gold for a "fake" legendary, and she received the gold. She was wondering if she could get banned for it. She is not a member on the forum so she had me ask for her
i told her, in my opinion, she might not because it was out side of the TP, but anet does things different so she might.
So, would she get banned?

someone did a funny thing in map chat that made an exotic weapon named "Jormag's Booger"
and also some with their name.
I know someone has to know it!
IT made me lol so hard, they actually used their name in the weapon title. I heard it was some kind of fractals thing, but they keep saying "SECRET" lol
