In Topic: Update Notes for January 28th

Updated info on the Lost Orrian Jewelry Boxes for anyone who cares about numbers.  Couldn't find the appropriate thread for this but this seemed as good a place as any.

I opened 787 Lost Orrian Jewelry Boxes and these were the drops:
117 Ob Shards
6 Risen Priests of Balth (note: my first 500 uses I only got one near the very end--then I kept getting lots in a row in my last 50 of the 787)
10stacks and 43 Unidentified Objects
5 Glacial
4 Onyx
4 Corrupt
3 Crystal
1 Molten
1 Destroyer

1 cold
1 hard
1 charged

Its hard to tell you how many boxes I got at one time since I rinsed the karma it gave me and turned it back into boxes. I wrote down the numbers of boxes I got in waves, though:

Total: 787

But there were no rules. I never heard of a ban for doing Augury Rock at low level, but I don't doubt your word.

I remember reading an interview from long ago (2006 or so) when some dev said that Droks runs were something that really took the devs by surprise (which I partially doubt since Lornar's Pass seemingly only exists for that purpose), but that they were happy to see it, and viewed it as a piece of great player ingenuity instead of as an exploit, even though it partially was. How times have changed, huh? I can only begin to imagine the waves of bans that would happen if the equivalent of Droks runs would happen in GW2.

The equivalent has existed for quite a while.  Mesmers portaling people up the JP in EB for tips.  Players tipping lvl 80's for running them to the zerg in Straits.  Last I checked no one feared being banned for those--particularly since they've existed since the 2nd week of release and are still going to this day.

Your point is moot.

From personal experience there seems to be a 2 hour DR period.  So if you do path 1 on one character and then 2 hours later do path 1 on a different character you should receive 60 tokens on each character.

If you do path 1 back-to-back on two different characters immediately (without waiting 2 hours) you will receive 60 the first time and 30 on your alt, as opposed to 20 if you had repeated the path 1 on the same character.
