I still need a lot more sampels, so pleas add all the data you can to this thread. So far (with 23 samples) I can already see that some of them get picked much more than others, but i need many more samples in order to say anything for sure.

I've the same stats combination and runes on my necro and I'm at 1535 (without foodbuffs). I still need 1 ring and two assories in assended, when i get thoes last pieces I'll end up at 1643 condition damage, without the foodbuffs (if my calculations are right).
Do you have rabid stats on your weapons? You didn't say if you had that. That's 180 condition damage.
What type of jewels do you have? Do you have all the assended jewels and backpack, that will raise your condition damage a little more. Remeber to get the new assended assorries from the guild missions.
All my condition damage will be maxed out when i get the last few things, there is no other way to get any more. 1643 is the max you can get, not counting any buffs
