For conditions I use the # 4 skill from the medkit, but if I know I'm going in an area where I need more condition removel I would bring elixer c or use the healing turret. As for the aoe (In asume thats what you mean), your toolbelt skills will do that (with static discharge) other options ar using the jumpshot, blunderbuss, overcharged shot combo. But if you want better aoe you can always swap a few traits and use flame thrower or pistols (with coated bullets).

I was hesitant to post it since i'm still working on it, but so far i'm really loving it. The point is to use your toolbelt skills to do burst damage, for the rest you use your rifle skills for control, and ofcourse to jump in, use your close range atacks and then jump back out again (this is the part I absolutely love about using the rifle) .

For utility skills I use rifle turret (for surprise shot) tool kit (for throw wrench and added utility the kit brings) hidden pistol ( for ranged damage and the extra evade) . The last skill can easily be switched out for something else since not everyone is a charr (I do this myself aswell) . Other options are rocket boots ( short cooldown toolbelt skill and a get out option/stunbreaker) or the utility goggles (10 stacks of vulnerbility and again stunbreaker) .

For gear I use beserkers for damage, ass for the rest i'm still working on that. Anyway I hope this is helpfull and if anyone wants to critique my build you're always welcome to do that.

When I said pvp I meant being in an environment in wich players can kill me. My main point was that not everyone likes being in that environment, but they do like pve and general map completion. My other point is that it takes a different aproach from the rest of the map completion. That's the reason I would like to have an achievement for completing all the pve maps.

I personally think "Dive Master" would be fun for the dive locations.  Not hard, but if you seek them all out why not a title?

Also, I was thinking of "Dungeon Mentor" for a number of successful runs through dungeons with other players under 80 in the party. I think it might encourage some people to help lower level characters through some of the dungeons instead of all being 80s.  Of course, people could always switch at the end boss like they do for leveling, so it's not a perfect idea.
I would love an world completion title/achievement asswel. I know gw2 already has one, but I mean one you get for completing all the maps. Right now to get that achievement you need to do a little bit of pvp for it.

Hammer for the engineer would be awesome, but I think the hammner would work on the necro aswell. Also you can give the guardian one of the bows to give them more ranged options.
