Help with internet access

I have some problem with internet access on my laptop for a while now, I cannot figure out how to make it work again, the list of networks that I used to be able to connect to is thinning.

Right now, I am discovering that, even when my laptop is right beside the router at home, it is insisting I do not have access, the icon is saying I am connected and showing a full bar. When I load browser, its giving me a white page.

How do I resolve this problem? Is it settings or hardware?

Extra PvP Gears - what to do with them?

I have earned some Rabbit chests, in them I found duplicates of the same items, some i have triplicates, so my ranger has been carrying them around in her bag ... what can I do with these extra gears?

i cannot salvage them. I cannot forge them. and destroying them seems a waste.

I notice sometime when I defeated a player, by the time I get close enough to them, usually within a few seconds, another player, mostly the melee type has already did the "finish them" thing. So, do I still get points for this down player or the other person who "finish them" gets the point for the "kill" because it is becoming a bit annoying after the work you put in, someone closer or someone coming out of nowhere just steals it.

so, who gets the point for the "kill", the player who do more damage or the one that jumps in to finish them?

Guild Influence = grouping.

What is the best way to earn more guild influence.

Does influence gain from grouping but doing individual things = grouping and doing same things?
