Story Journal - Unlocking Question.

Read this today over hereunder Story Journal, it reads: "Log in and play today to unlock free, permanent access to the story of The Dragon's Reach: Part2! Once you've completed the episode, you'll be able to replay it through the new Story Journal feature and challenge yourself to complete special achievements. Check out this blog post for more details.

The word Completed troubles me. because from the blog post, it reads otherwise.  

"To unlock an episode and have it added to your Story Journal, you simply need to log into a map with any of your characters during the two-week period that the release is live to be given permanent, free access to the storyline of that episode. Once you’ve unlocked it by simply logging in, you can replay that episode’s storyline on any character on your account as many times as you like from your story Journal forever. Past episodes will be available for purchase for 200 gems. (Don’t forget you can earn gold and purchase gems to unlock the episode for your account)."

Question 1:
Did the journal somehow changed? or its a language/grammar thing on my part , lol please explain.

Question 2:
"Log into a map" = any map ?

    One of the many exciting features coming in the April 2014 Feature Pack is the new Wardrobe, an account-wide system that allows you to collect every skin in the game!
    • Account Wardrobe: The Basics
    • Creating the Wardrobe UI
    • Programming the Wardrobe.
    • Collecting Weapon and Armor Skins
    • Simplifying Transmutation.
    • Discovery.
    • Appearance Preview
    Dyes are also getting a bit of a change.
    • Dyes are now account bound.
    • Unidentified dyes will no longer drop in the open world, save for a few exceptions.
    • Players with multiple dyes unlocked across their account will receive an unidentified dye per duplicate unlock as compensation.

    ArenaNet is excited to announce our first release that focuses exclusively on in-game features: the April 2014 Feature Pack, which hits Guild Wars 2 on April 15!

    As a release that focuses primarily on game systems, the April 2014 Feature Pack will include a sweeping range of new features—everything from new systems that change and upgrade the way you experience Guild Wars 2 to quality of life and balance updates that improve existing gameplay systems.

    We’ve got a lot planned for this first feature pack; too much to talk about in one blog post or video. Between now and the April 15 release, we’ll announce and discuss each major feature contained within the April 2014 Feature Pack.
