I have a related question. If I have a girlfriend that wants me to level her character, can I do it? Is it against the user agreement?

The EULA states you cannot share accounts. While it is against the rules, I don't think you will be banned by it because it is too hard to trace for too little impact in the game. The purpose of that rule is largely to prevent account sharing that results in one of the two being unable to log in after the other compromised the account completely. It's mainly there to protect the players.

If you live in Europe, you are allowed to sell your account. ANet does not have the right to prevent reselling. Upon purchase, that right becomes yours (including the license to use it). An EULA does not mean anything to the law, since an EULA has to still obey the (local) law.

That being said, make sure you obtain the serial keys for the game as well as a receipt to prove you are now the owner of the account. There isn't a good infrastructure to support this at the moment, so make sure you do anything you can to prevent being scammed.

Charr, Asura and sylvari have a group that likes to play them. However, the bulk of players play a race that they can relate with (humans, and to some degree norn). It's inevitable and ANet could have seen it coming as it was pretty obvious it would happen.

As a side note, this is also the reason why monster champions in League of Legends are under-represented for example. They just don't appeal to a large enough group of people.

You could use a tonic with a smaller model if you are having problems with your character size.

I'm still not seeing why certain day time players feel that somehow their time and effort is more valuable than that of night time players. It's an absurd position to take, truly a total failure in reasoning.

It's not more valuable. Their effort is just totally irrelevant because the night time just nullifies any effort you made and you can't do anything about it. It's not fun to take back 1-2k points during the time you play just to wake up and see the opponents took 5-10k points in the night. Your reasoning is thus also a failure in that currently a night time player's effort is actually more valuable and should be addressed (every part of the day should be equally important, which for many match-ups just doesn't hold currently).

And here is the real problem, its not nite capping or server population

The problem is they split EU and NA servers, if the WvW servers consisted of both EU and NA player base this would not be a problem, I have no problem with there being servers in NA and EU but to prevent players from going into PvP and PvE during there peak times based on being in the NA or EU server banks is what screwed everything up

If they enabled guesting on NA and EU servers which allowed players to play PvP and PvE then all the server choice would be your WvW and you would find alot more players switching around

Then what server would WvW be played on? Some people don't want to play on a server that is on another continent for latency issues. How would you solve that?
