The EULA states you cannot share accounts. While it is against the rules, I don't think you will be banned by it because it is too hard to trace for too little impact in the game. The purpose of that rule is largely to prevent account sharing that results in one of the two being unable to log in after the other compromised the account completely. It's mainly there to protect the players.

If you live in Europe, you are allowed to sell your account. ANet does not have the right to prevent reselling. Upon purchase, that right becomes yours (including the license to use it). An EULA does not mean anything to the law, since an EULA has to still obey the (local) law.

That being said, make sure you obtain the serial keys for the game as well as a receipt to prove you are now the owner of the account. There isn't a good infrastructure to support this at the moment, so make sure you do anything you can to prevent being scammed.

Charr, Asura and sylvari have a group that likes to play them. However, the bulk of players play a race that they can relate with (humans, and to some degree norn). It's inevitable and ANet could have seen it coming as it was pretty obvious it would happen.

As a side note, this is also the reason why monster champions in League of Legends are under-represented for example. They just don't appeal to a large enough group of people.

Just a moment ago I got eleven orichalcum from two nodes. It does seem to work with orichalcum as well.

You could use a tonic with a smaller model if you are having problems with your character size.
