I was being sarcastic when I said "maybe i should upgrade?". During BWE3 I was getting 60+ fps (msi afterburner doesn't count FPS after 60 for me), during a fight with the shadow behemoth it dropped to 15-30ish. I know my computer is fine as it plays everything else on the highest detail, @ 40-60FPS, pretty sure the game isn't done being optimized.
