I bought a Exotic Box of Armor and it gave me a set of rares? Is this a bug because 6 gold for a full set of rares is a ripoff but for exotic is a very good deal...

This skill gives the best buffs in the game but only for 5 seconds. This to me seems like it should be used for things other then just removing conditions from your team members.

Most of the time people use the staff defensively (as they probably should) but maybe this skill would allow people to use it defensively then change at a moments notice into a wrecking ball of destruction? Maybe use Signet of Wrath (for immobilize), Hammer of Wisdom (for knockdown), or Bane Signet (for another knockdown) to CC someone then use Whirling Wrath to take advantage of the buffs and attempt to wreck your opponent.

Do you guys think it could be properly optimized?
