If you've already done the upgrade, then - good job.
If not, you might consider lowering the RAM to 8Gig (2 x 4G) of DDR3-1600, if necessary, to afford a 250G SSD.
(I don't see much point in 2400 RAM if you're not overclocking the CPU and a larger SSD gives you less concern over what installs where, but it's a minor point.)

This is too broad a statement. Yes, I'd recommend the GTX 670 at its price range. But here in the US, AMD's cards tend to be a better value at $300 and below unless you can find some crazy sale on Nvidia hardware. Its hard to say for sure, since we don't really know the OP's local pricing.
