I think almost everything you mentioned can labeled under "implementation" except #1. A story is subjective, so I think it's the impact on the player that is most important. If it forces you to think, if it's not "black and white" like that's a bad guy, kill him and everything will be rainbows and butterflies

1.Is it possible to add new daily chests for every dungeon, with specific weapon/armor skins  only  obtainable from said dungeons (like fractal weapons from fractal daily chest) - example:, Eternal Blade / eternal bow from Ascalonian catacombs daily chest, Obsidian Edge from Arah daily chest.

2.How about doing non-combat activites to earn some money / rewards based on time spent doing something (like doing jumping puzzles to get gold)? A dungeon can be 10 minutes long and easily net me 1g, while on the other hand a Jumping puzzle can be like 30 minutes long and I can't even get my WP fee back from the chest.

Now my chosen legendary's precursor is around 550g, the materials for it are around 500 again + 200g for stuff like recipes and clovers. that's like 1250gs. If I can devote 8 hours, every single day from my free time to play GW2, that makes it a little less than a 100 days to craft my legendary.
-Realistic for a weapon skin? No.
-Do I enjoy the content? No. At least not when everything has been done at least 50 times now,
-Can I substitute these for something else and still progress towards it? No, but god I'd love to
-Can I do events with random ppl to get cash  "fast". No.
-Do I like other skins, requiring less grind?   I already have those. (it's actually not many but that's a different story)

If I play the game normally (like 2-3 hours a day), and do stuff I like (jumping puzzles, doing some random stuff with my friends) I don't feel rewarded, as quite frankly, I'm not. One jumping puzzle that takes like 10-15 minutes (hello griffonrook) to complete rewards me with 5s worth of crap, which was the inital traveling fee to the nearest waypoint and back.

My thoughts: make rewards for content based on time requiring to complete given activity. a CoF p1 run takes about 10 minutes, and nets me around 50s. Said jumping puzzle takes also 10 minutes to complete, give me the same, hell, even half of it and then I can do what I really like in this game.

I don't want weapons to look dark/emo/covered in spikes.  I personally think that looks far more stupid than a rainbow unicorn ever could, in what sense does that make someone a "fanboy"?  People have different tastes, if you don't like one style, use a different weapon.  The game isn't being made to perfectly suit you and you alone, for crying out loud.

It's a bit of fun and for the record, I hate MLP.
My thoughts exactly. In my book, being dark and edgy doesn't make you any cooler than, let's say, shooting unicorns. Everyone can watch videos about the legendaries before deciding to go for one. Complaining about something you've crafted for it's "Legendary" status and not for it's looks (e-peen at maximum) then want a-net to modify them for you, is so 5th grade. There are lot's of "dark" looking weapons in the game already, pick one of those.

Imagine if you crafted twilight for it's "dark look" and people started complaining on the forums to change it to unicorn style. This is what most guys do here, just vice-versa

I'd rather see those as actual armor sets, because armor diversity isn't a strong point of this game..
