Head towards the windmill and to the right of it is a bunch of hay that you can jump on top. Once you get to the top, jump down to the other side where more hay is sitting. Look to the right and you will see a passage covered. Go through it and start heading up the hill where you will find another hidden psssage. Go through it and you will end up in a small opened area. Run towards the rock and stand beside it. Look to your left and you will see a rocky path that leads up. Follow it up until you reach the vista. Check out guildwars2ube.com for more vista guides.
